Upgrade & Modification

TSM is our Premium Service management solution that we offer to a variety of our customers with larger multiple or integrated hydraulic systems. The TSM Solution involves 6 or 12 monthly audits of the hydraulic systems, identifying and inspecting the condition and service life of major component, performance reviews on the system as well as making routine inspections of such things as hoses and pipe work as well as oil leaks and& oil condition

All these works are then tabulated and prioritized into three categories: the first highlighting potential failures that need to be monitored on and reported; the next category escalates potential failures that need to be budgeted for repair; and the final category, Priority 1 highlights works that need to be carried out as a matter of priority prior to the next audit.

These works are then quoted with estimated down time required to allow managers and departments to budget, plan and allocate resources more effectively for the proposed works.
