Hydraulic Pumps & Motors

Years of experience working with above systems, affords us the confidence to repair and support any hydraulic pumps and motors currently in the field. From manufactures including: Rexroth, Vickers, Denison, Parker, Hagglunds and Sundstrand. All units are fully overhauled and tested, using only genuine components, back to original manufactures specifications and include complete return to base warranty of 12 months on workmanship and parts.

Hydraulic Cylinder repair

Our expertise in the hydraulics industry started with the repair, overhaul and manufacture of hydraulic cylinders, to date giving us the experience of having worked on literally thousands of different cylinders in various applications.

Workshop test Facilities.

Our fully equipped workshops are constantly being upgraded and expanded with the capacity to repair and re-build all your hydraulic cylinders, pumps, motors and valve banks as well as the knowledge and ability to test all equipment to full operating conditions. We also stock a wide range of hydraulic hoses and fittings and can supply BSP and JIC assemblies up to 1 ¼” multi-spiral on site.

New Installations

While many suppliers are happy to sell you any array of products and components from as many differing manufactures, fewer and fewer can actually put all the pieces together and provide you, the customer, with not just components but a fully functional system that actually does what its designed to do.

This is where Steam Marine comes into our own, with not just the ability to design and supply, but also install all the relevant hardware, pipe work and hosing as well as clean, flush, test and most importantly commission any new or upgrade installation.

Delivering our customers total installations of any hydraulic system from installing power units, valving and actuators, to tube work up to 42mm (1 ¼”) and pipework up to 2”, in carbon steel or stainless steel, JIC, BSP, SAE, metric or twin ferrule compression. Plus all associated hose work, adaptors and accessories. We then flush and pressure test to full operating pressure before finally commissioning setting and fine tuning your system to its optimal performance.
